From Engineering to the C-Suite: A Conversation with Susan Wittner on Marketing, Leadership, and What Really Drives Success
Susan Wittner has built a career that most people would not have been able to predict, and she would probably be the first to tell you that. Her career spans engineering, consulting, consumer products, and the C-suite, and every stop along the way has shaped how she thinks about marketing and leadership.
She started as a chemical engineer, spent years working in oil refineries across the globe, earned her MBA in finance and international business, and eventually found her way into marketing leadership. That journey took her through multiple industries before she became Chief Marketing Officer of a consulting firm. She is now an adjunct MBA professor at Manhattan University, where she continues to shape the next generation of business leaders.
I had the opportunity to sit down with Susan for a conversation about her career, her approach to marketing strategy, and the lessons that have stayed with her throughout her professional journey.
